Michael A. Stackpole (born November 27, 1957) is a science fiction and fantasy author best known for his [amazon_link id=”0553568019″ target=”_blank” ]Star Wars[/amazon_link] and [amazon_link id=”B003K16NX4″ target=”_blank” ]Battletech[/amazon_link] books. He was born in Wausau, Wisconsin, but raised in Vermont. He has a BA in history from the University of Vermont.
