Loren Collins is an attorney living in Atlanta, Georgia. Trained in criminal prosecution, he currently practices in the field of personal injury as a member of the Georgia state bar.
Collins earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2004. A "Double Dawg," he also attended the University of Georgia for his undergraduate education, finishing Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Religion. Loren attended high school at Greater Atlanta Christian School in Norcross, Georgia, where he was class salutatorian.
Loren created and contributes to the weblogs Social Insecurity and Suspension of Disbelief. A seventh-generation Georgian, he is keenly interested in genealogy.
In 2006, Collins was a write-in candidate for Georgia's Fourth Congressional District, running under the Bull Moose Party. He plans to run for office again in the future.
