Please secure your hypocrisy meters and any other loose items.

At some point, it will not be good to leave the Democrats in full control of the US Presidency, House and Senate. We shall have to start voting in some Republicans in an attempt to keep balance. That days seems far off though, because the Republican party keeps sending "We want another whuppin'" signals. Consider their homepage, http://www.gop.org . The page is under reconstruction, but over the weekend featured the attached graphic which reads "The Democrats are advancing their agenda. Your life is now under their scrutiny." Yes, the party that brought us illegal wiretapping and other invasions of privacy/constitutional rights is concerned that the Democrats spying on us? ohmy.gif

The current page is pretty funny (in a sad way) too. "Americans know that tax, spend and borrow is a recipe for failure." *sheesh*

How... normally hypocritical.

Not only the illegal wiretapping... but most of their thumping is about dictating what we all should and shouldn't be doing in bed.

I mean, do people ever hear what they ACTUALLY say?
